Chicken Recipes
For some people, cooking a whole chicken is a foreign concept. Back in our grandparents' day, before grocery stores sold chickens cut into parts, that's how it was done. It's a great way to eat chicken and here are some recipes that we think will prove that point.
4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1.5 tsp. pepper
Combine and rub on chicken. Cook in a crock pot on high for 4-6 hours (or low 8-10 hours).
